Kris is a versatile runner...
He is the current Scottish Cross-Country Champion. He represented Wales in the inaugural Commonwealth Half Marathon this year, recording a new personal best of 63:55. Commonwealth Half-Marathon Results. And he represented GB on the track last year.
Kris won the bronze medal in the European Orienteering Champs Sprint Race earlier this year. In the World Champs his individual sprint run did not go well, but he ran cracking races in both the Sprint Relay and the Forest Relay, recording a "podium" (often called "diploma" elsewhere) i.e. a top 6 result, for the third consecutive World Champs.
Kris is a member of Forth Valley Orienteers in Scotland and Lillomarka Orienteringslag in Norway.
