It was Graham's ninth win of the trophy. He won it the seven years running from 2014 to 2020, and then again in 2022. He ran two other years between then and now, collecting silver and bronze medals.
It was Megan's fifth win.
In M21 Simon Harden (South London) was second 1:23 down, and Ben Windsor (DRONGO) third (7:29 down). Defending champion Luke Fisher was fourth. Luke had half a dozen fastest leg times but also several expensive legs in the first half of the course.
In W21 Megan's winning margin was comfortable over second Sarah Rollins (now Forth Valley) and third Jocie Hilton (now Sheffield University).
