The European Championships conclude with the toughest races, the long or classic distance races on Sunday 13th May.
It is the same arena as the sprint relay used, in Tesserete, and parts of the forest are very steep and parts of it are very green.
The women have 11.3km with 680m climb. The men have 14.9km with 910m climb.
First starts are 8:30 UK time. In Swiss time Hector starts at 11:17, Ali at 11:23, Jess at 11:51, Alan at 12:05, Hollie at 12:33 and Cat at 12:42.
This is probably not the day to try the live internet broadcast for the first time.
